This research project took place from 2017 - 2018, surveying Montréal Ilankai Tamil community members about their concerns about the environment and the types of environments that matters to them.
We had 103 people answer the survey and some important concerns and rich stories that were shared!
In collaboration with her mother, Kabisha developed a community-oriented research report in both English and Tamil. She's now launching this report so the wider community and others can take a look at the results. Let's collectively figure out what our next steps are in the Ilankai Tamil community to share knowledge about our environments and act on the issues that matter to us. Let's do this by working together with other communities that are working on these issues.
